Player Profiles – Read More About Arsenal's Youngsters

With the new Academy season kicking off on Saturday, and the new Reserves campaign getting underway a week today, Young Guns has been fully updated and refurnished to bring you more information than ever before on the stars of tomorrow.

The hugely popular Player Profiles have all been updated, with several new faces being added. Daniel Boateng and Charlie Mann have been included, with Vito Mannone and Carlos Vela dropping out. The profiles are now easy to navigate, with player pictures now being added instead of a plain list of names. For those who are unfamiliar with faces, if you hover your mouse over a photo the name appears to enable easier access.

New signings Francis Coquelin, Oğuzhan Özyakup and Ignasi Miquel are also added, to bring you more details on the new recruits. Nickname and height fields have also been included.

The Loanees area has also had a significant revamp, with the same picture format continuing throughout this area. Now not only can you find links to all the reports, but also details of which players feature in the report. More Scouting Reports will be produced during the coming campaign with further analysis of how the youngsters are doing on loan.

Finally, a new Statistics area has also been added, this is still in the early stages of development but will feature details of appearances, goals, and assists from Reserves, Under 18’s and Friendly games.

We hope you enjoy all the updates and changes throughout the site, and be sure to drop us a line with any suggestions or problems.

Does anyone with a name as cool as Sanchez Watt really need a nickname?

That chant sucks eboue is a fantastic player and at the moment i’d far rather see him in our line up ahead of theo at least there is an end product with eboue where as theo still has loads to learn. Blaming everything on eboue is bull.

Eboue has lots of great football in him, and is def. a quality RB. I also think the chant can be interpreted as a reminder of everyone blaming Eboue when both Arsenal and Eboue under-perfoms.

But enough off-topic, great shit J, like the new system. Lot of cool pics.

Thanks guys, glad your enjoying them.

Carruthers is not yet an Under 18, so he doesn’t get a profile :)

Emmanuel Eboue has proven himself worthy of the Arsenal shirt now – we’d really miss him if he went in the summer. Good luck in the World Cup (Ivory Coast) Emmanuel!
