He will be though if he sticks with Arsenal. I want more players like that. It IS possible. I think it is. They are out there to be found. I wouldn't want to play for Barca. Would you?? I wouldn't want to play for Real Madrid either. I am a football fan and I appreciate the great history these two clubs have, but I love Arsenal the most. I'm sure there are thousands of young boys out in the world, who are much better football players than me, who would give there all to play for Arsenal. I don't know how it would be possible to evaluate them all, but there should be a question that all the players who come to Arsenal should be required to answer. Why do you want to play for Arsenal?? Is it for a selfish reason like wanting to make the national team?? Is it to further your own career?? Or is it because this is the only place you want to be?? The players who answer with that type of response should be given priority over the others. If there are one or two oustanding, and I mean outstanding talents, then MAYBE you can consider condensing them with the rest. This is how I would do it. I know it will never happen but that is what I would do. You have to be able to trust your players and not worry about who might be leaving in a few years and who might be staying.
