who really knows how much wenger really has to spend
And people forget that its not only about the transfer fess but also the wages
Just by extending current contract this year we have increased our wage bill by 8 million dollars.
I think wenger has done something manager can only dream off.
Most of our first team players were bought for next to nothing and I think we can all see that 99% of them will go on to become first team players.

Bould should never coach the national. If he goes to the national we will lose him for the academy and do we really want that? I’m pretty sure he is more happy in Arsenal where he can hang out with the guys every week and make them become professionals. He is doing more for England right now than Pearce will ever do. Without Bould our academy will not be as good.

If he goes to the National U21 he should only be there to assist but certainly not full time. He must be so proud to see so many premier leauge and championship players coming from the academy. He should be our first team manager in the future. He must have learnt so much working with Wenger in so many years now.

you can watch the youth and reserve games on arsenal TV but other than you wont find any since he’s still young.
Maybe we will see him in preseason next year or he might even go out on loan.

I think some coaches dont want that much pressure on their shoulders they have happy to be on the wings and just be coaching players.
He might take over the reserves but not a first team coach because then he would have become an assistant manager.

Steve bould says it time and time again that his job is to develop players wheres Pierece just wants results and thats the difference between him and Pierce.
The funny thing is that Bould hardly ever loses even with all the rotations and the way we play whereas Pierce as we all know is a typical English manager but some manager don’t have the players to play proper football but Pierce does and he still chooses the stone age style of football and he still loses
Sack him FA and put bould in charge we can get Berkhamp or even Adams to coach our youth side.

Smalling is not a bad player if he was then Fergie and Wenger would never have gone on a bidding war for him.
The good thing is that we Djoururu is a much better player than Smalling and about the same height and behind him we have Bartley and maybe Stefan aswell
I didn’t write Norvedit because I think he’s better as a DM player rather than as a CB

Steve Bould I think would be the best replacement for Peirce and I think Wenger will probably ask Berkghamp to take over the job his job since he wants to come back.
Since we are talking about our coaching staff I would love to see wenger bring Mr. Arsenal (tony adams) as our defense coach.
we lack organization and I think Adams can he really help us plug the holes in our defense and with our attacking talent we will once again rule England and maybe Europe.

Eastmond is 19 so he can still play for under 19 can’t he and the same goes for JET and Barltey
the only players I think should be considered for the under 21 is SImpsons and Lansbury since both of them are doing an awesome job for their clubs in the championship.

I think Barley is too young to be involved in the first team right now
Norvedit for me should be a DM because his reading of the game is incredible and that is one quality a midfielders really needs
Bartley should be considered for the under 21s rather than just the under 19s
Smalling maybe a good defender but Bartley for me is better than him the only reason Smalling was playing in the under 21 is because of the hype surrounding him

I think if a player doesn’t get called up than he’s motivated to get called up next time and he works harder to get called up
Almost all of arsenal youth represent their national team right now and that shows how good this team really is

Lansbury is 19 and he’s playing in the under 21 rather than under 19 that is an achievement in itself and I think the coach preferred wilshere over Lansbury
and since he plays 3 DM make Lansbury inclusion in the team pretty hard

I love the fact that he constantly does the development along with neil and steve.
Knowing and nurturing players from a very young age really helps
