Versatile Jordan Wynter is another ‘unknown’ with massive potential. After joining Hale End as an eight-year-old, he rose though the ranks to make three appearances for the Under 18’s towards the end of the 2008-2009 season where he looked comfortably at home.

Capable of playing at centre back, right back, central midfield or on the right wing, Wynter brings power, pace and a fierce shot to the side. His silky footwork and ability to drive forward with possession made him an instant hit with viewers on Arsenal TV, but the coaching staff will need to settle him into one set position in order to get the best out of him.

Wynter is also a part-time Musician away from the game, yet it’s clear that football is his true calling. The imposing powerhouse was made full time at Hale End for the 2009-2010 despite still being a schoolboy.
