Kieran Gibbs was an unused sub, as Leicester thrashed Norwich 4-0, a first half goal from Ian Hume got things going before, Steve Howard doubled the lead, as Darren Russel was sent off for the visitors, and then late strikes from DJ Campbell and Stephen Clemence compounded the misery.

Jay Simpson- Tranmere Rovers 2-0 Millwall

Jay Simpson played 82 minutes as Millwall lost away to Tranmere Rovers, Andy Taylor got things going on 10 minutes, before Ian Moore doubled the advantage on 47 minutes, Jay was replaced with Lewis Grabban.

Pedro Botelho – Salamanca 0-0 Granada 74

Pedro is currently injured, and did not feature as Salamanca drew with Granada 74.

    I hope Merida starts against Las Palmas, he needs the games and the experience which he can take back to Arsenal for next season.

    Not just Merida though.. Jay Simpson has been playing reguarly for a poor Millwall side, his performances are average but he’s getting the experience which is needed for the step up to the first team.

    lol.. Roeder must be spoilt for choice in his 5 star Norwich side :P

    Gibbs is a quality player, I hope he can get some games or like dartfordsbrazillian said – he has to come back.

    3 month loan? and he joined them the end of January.. then he will be back early May probably?
