Loanees News: Randall Loses, Gibbs Draws

Welcome to Young Guns reports of tonight’s matches for two of our seven young players currently out on loan.

You can read more about how loaning works, as well as catch up on any reports you may have missed in our loanee’s section Here

Mark Randall – Hull City 2-0 Burnley

Mark Randall was again left on the bench as play off chasing Burnley took the trip to Lincolnshire to take on Hull City at the KC Stadium.

Saturdays hero Robbie Blake scored two goals from the subs bench, and he again had to start from the dug out as Owen Coyle went with Andy Cole and Ade Akinbiyi.

But it was the hosts who struck first, on loan from Manchester United striker Fraiser Campbell firing home on 14 minutes, and things got even worse just before the half an hour mark, former Colchester United striker Richard Garica netting to put the home side 2-0 up.

This sprung manager Coyle into action, who brought Chris McCann off and replaced him with Joey Gudjonssen on 33 minutes, but at half time it was still 2-0.

Into the second period Irish striker Kyle Lafferty was replaced with Robbie Blake, but Burnley’s night would go from bad to worse, Hull’s record signing Caleb Folan was sent off for violent conduct in an incident with Clarets skipper Steven Caldwell, he was also sent off but for a second bookable offence.

James O’Connor was then replaced with Mark Randall on 71 minutes, to plug the gap, but Burnley would have another player sent off, sub Gudjonssen for two yellow cards.

Mark Randall played 19 minutes.

Kieran Gibbs – Watford 1-1 Norwich

After making two consecutive starts, Kieran Gibbs was dropped to the subs bench as Norwich travelled to promotion chasing Watford, on loan striker Ched Evans was restored to the line up for the game.

Watford got the early break when defender Danny Shittu continued his superb form in front of goal this term with another strike on 11 minutes.

But in the second half Norwich would get level, sub Jamie Cureton firing home on 81 minutes

Kieran Gibbs was an unused substitutes.

Oh yeah.. WHO THE FUCK ARE AC MILAN !!!!!!!!!

again, mark played reserve game yesterday. if they continued to do like this, we’d better take him back. why should he play reserves at burnley rather than at arsenal?
