Player Of The Month, Send Your Birthday Wishes To Vela

Two pieces of news to update you with, before a match report from the Under 18’s/Under 16’s games, and the loanees news.

First of all Nacer Barazite is Young Guns player of the month for February, it was a really tough choice this month, with January’s winner Vito Mannone and Jack Wilshere pushing for the title.

Nacer returned from a shoulder injury at the start of February, and got back on the score-sheet netting for Holland Under 19’s in the 2-0 win over Scotland in a friendly, he then got his 13th, 14th and 15th goals of the season after he smashed a hat-trick against Southampton Under 18’s.

Barazite also got on the scoresheet in the Under 18’s game against Crystal Palace, his goal put Arsenal ahead, but after Kyle Bartley was sent off we lost the game 2-1.

He also started for the Reserves against Reading, and his vision to spot Jack Wilshere who scored Arsenal’s goal in the 1-1 draw, match report.
