Arsenal are yet to decide on whether to sign trialists Samuel Galindo and Stefan Savić. The duo both played 90 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly win against Dagenham and Redbridge yesterday.
Montenegrin defender Savić and Bolivian winger Galindo have both had their inital trials extended so they could feature in yesterday’s game which was decided by 17-year-old striker Wellington Silva. Arsène Wenger has spent today deciding on the prospects and he will deliver a verdict shortly.
Stefan was at fault for the Dagenham goal and looked shaky at times. Samuel lined up on the left side of the midfield alongside Emmanuel Frimpong and Fran Merida. Arsenal are still investigating his documents after allegations of ‘age cheating’ emerged last month.
Both players remained at the club for training today but are set to depart shortly after a decision is made.

I really like you and your blog J, but the spamming on both sides between you and Jeorge Bird is just not necessary.
Good article, with the differing noises I guess I will wait and see. Did Galindo really play left wing? He is a central player. Are you making it out like he did, and did you watch?
comment by Comrade23
J, do we know for certain how old Wellington is? In light of the Galindo age scandal, I think we’d all be less than shocked if it was revealed that he was in fact 37…
comment by J.Sanderson
Nothing happened with Zezinho and Sterling at the moment.
Haho – There has been hacking going on, somebody as leaving fake comments under my details. It’s been sorted out now.

What do you think of Ansah?
Is he ready for U18′s yet?
comment by arsenal4ever
J. Why say they at another site we’ve decided against him? Does Wenger already decided on them?

J, any thoughts/comments on the alleged “loud cheering” coming from some of the youth team players on Sunday. For United. Just think thats a bit embarassing having youths being that vocal for of all teams, them. Specifically, Zak Anash, as he posted some not so kind remarks to Arsenal fans on his fb page. Cheers and love the blog.

No mate, I’m not sure why my name has been brought into that little argument but like Jamie says, it’s very easy to copy someone’s WordPress email and pose as someone else. Its been done to me before!

Gooner Chris is a respected reader and commenter of the blog, I don’t think he wouldn’t get involved in something like this. Thanks for your continued support, Chris.
