Doncaster Confirm Emmanuel-Thomas Loan

Doncaster Rovers have, this morning, confirmed the news that Young Guns brought you two days ago, that Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has joined the Championship outfit on loan. The leggy utility man has signed for an inital month, with the option for a deal until the end of the season.

Emmanuel-Thomas has gone straight into the Rovers squad to take on Crystal Palace this weekend.

do you know the reason for him not going to the club he was before, was it Blackpool? As far as I remember they wanted him back. Is it because of league cup and Fa cup exits? Or is the follow up and set up better?

To the the host or anyone for that matter. Any Portsmouth play worth going for. There reserve team is doing quite well in the reserve south leauge. With where current situation , it wouldn’t be a bad idea to snap up some of there young talents.

I think Doncaster play better football than Blackpool and more importantly they want to play him in the midfield.
I hope his loan is extended till the end of the season and he steps us to the challenge if not then I can see wenger giving him another chance but after that he will be sold.
We can use some one like him in our midfield I think he as strong as drogba

This is what their website says
“The 19 year-old Arsenal starlet, who will bring height and power to the Rovers midfield – standing at 6’2”, joined fellow Championship side Blackpool on an initial one-month loan deal. During his time at Bloomfield Road, Emmanuel-Thomas made eleven appearances and netted two league goals; before returning to north London, where he has been a regular in Arsene Wenger’s eighteen-man squad.”
so they are going to play on the midfield

Yes we did because Raheem Stirling said on his Facebook page today, that he has just signed for Liverpool from Queens Park Rangers.
