JET really looks like he has the makings to be a great player. He has finishing ability, vision, is a good dribbler, and is a nifty passer of the ball!!:D Hopefully he has found his best position as an attacking midfielder/forward hahahaha. At least now he doesn’t have to worry about being a defensive minded player too right?? Having to choose between 4 positions and having to master one is harder than choosing 1 or 2 and mastering them I think.

He isn’t a midfielder anymore. He’s clearly a forward (CF, RF) exclusively now, by the looks of things.

Jay Emmanuel Thomas plays a lot like Drogba but a bit more skillful version. Wish he can be a similar player for us.

Drogba’s passing is underrated, whereas one of JET’s most obvious strengths is his passing. I say JET has the edge so far as vision is concerned. It’s just that Drogba has the experience and finishing ability which will come for JET in time. JET reminds me more of Balotelli. That is the 1st person I thought of when I saw JET play THIS year. I emphasize this year because he is starting to put all his skills together just like Balotelli is doing. It’s a lot to get together because they are both so versatile. SO you have to work harder to stregthen more abilities

Drogba is the best forward in the world right now and got screwed out of the pfa player of the year just because Rooney is english.

all JET needs to work on is endurance and urgency, at times he looks slow and lethargic

good to see Arsenal have signed Squillaci (pending medical). Just the keeper issue to sort out then maybe just maybe the moaning minnies might stop complaining about Wenger and now spend their time getting behind the team. As Scuillaci is 30 I feel comfortable that Wenger is still keeping faith with the young talent in his ranks. Hopefully this signing will create a nice balance with age, talent, composure. Young players needs some experience around to show the ropes of being a good pro. Well done Arsene.

I don’t actually know how good JET is at heading a ball. It’s pretty important for a centre forward. To be able to head the ball that is.

LOL a centerforward needs to know how to head the ball. That’s not true for Thierry Henry.

That said, JET is pretty damn good in the air. He’s scored lots of goals for the reserve/youth teams with headers.

Yah, but considering Henry was amazing at everything else so know one really called him out on the heading thing.

Well it’s not imperative that a centre forward knows how to head the ball, but it can com in handy you know. An example would be Chamakh who in the future could provide JET with direct competition for playing time with the first team right??

But if JET”S scored loads of headers then he must know how to head the ball lol. I guess I have nothing to worry about. The bottom line is that it looks like he could blossom into a tremendous player.

I couldn’t make it out clearly but who came to congratulate Jet first after he scored, was it Wellington? He looks like a 12 y/o next to Jet.

JET is easily by far good enough for a premiership loan. I think Everton should try and get him
